TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Agent or other person ordering the photos is referred to as "the client".

1. The Client is purchasing the right to use the photos for the marketing of the property, not the photos. Skywalker Air LLC retains full ownership of the copyright. The client may not sell or give the photos to anyone else including other agents, sellers, etc.

2. The Property will be expected to be ready to photograph or film at the scheduled time of arrival. If the location is not prepared to be photographed, it may be rescheduled and a cancellation fee of up to $150 charged.

3. The Client is not required to be present at the time of capture. If they do not attend, Skywalker Air will use it's own discretion.

4. A cancellation notice of 72 hours is required. If less than 72 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $150 may be charged.

Exceptions are given for inclement weather.
