  • What is the turnaround time?
    Photos are generally delivered to our clients within 24 hours. Videos are typically edited and delivered within 48 hours.
  • How do I pay?
    Once you have previewed the media files that we've captured for you, we will send an invoice that can be paid online with a debit or credit card.
  • What is Your Liability Insurance Policy?
    Skywalker Air is always insured with a minimum $500,000 policy. However, we can accommodate liability requirements up to $5,000,000, upon request.
  • Do I need to be on location at the time of the scheduled shoot?
    No you don’t! You are welcome to be on site when our pilot is, but it is not necessary. We make sure to ask the right questions beforehand, so we know what we need to capture on location without you there.
